Millard manufactures meteorology towers, also referred to as met towers or met masts, which are used to support a variety of meteorological equipment, particularly Automated Weather Stations (AWS) and Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS). Met masts are made from lightweight, marine-grade Aluminum alloy making them easy to install and built to last.

Applications

  • Anemometers / Wind Sensors
  • Automated Weather Stations (AWS)
  • Road Weather Information Systems (RWIS)
  • Automated Weather Observing Systems (AWOS) – located outside frangible zone
  • Instrumentation Bridges
  • Approach Lighting Systems (ALS)
  • Instrument Landing System (ILS)
  • Multipurpose and Custom

Features

  • Strong and dependable
  • Simple and serviceable
  • Green ustainable
